Returns
We do not accept returns of Custom Nails, as these are a luxury bespoke item which has been produced just for you.
If you are not happy with the quality of your purchase of our non-bespoke items, you have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be still in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be returned via tracked courier.
You must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will first inspect it and we will let you know that we have received the package.
We will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible of the status of your refund after we have inspected the item, verified the proof of purchase and ensured all return conditions are met.
If your return is approved, we will refund you by your original method of payment only.
You may also request a store credit in lieu of a refund.
You will receive your refund, as per your card issuer’s policies and refund guidelines, so please be aware that this may take a number of days and this can be outside of our control once we have processed the refund on our end.
